Hi everyone! My name is Jacob Duska and I am from Erie, Pennsylvania. I am a junior at The Ohio State University and I am study Finance which is in the Fisher School of Business. I work at a pension fund in downtown Columbus called STRS Ohio. I am a research analyst’s assistant and do a lot of work with stocks. I really enjoy spending time with friends, playing sports, and also being outside. One interesting fact about me is that I transferred to The Ohio State my freshman year from the University of Michigan.
After I graduate from Ohio State with a degree in Finance, I plan on working for two years at an investment firm and then going back to school for my MBA. I haven’t decided where I would like to go yet, I have only narrowed it down to places in big cities. After I graduate from MBA school I would love to try to live in the city for awhile and have that experience.
While I am majoring in Finance and currently interning at an investment firm, I think I am still open to many other options in the world of Finance. I do not want to limit myself with only trying one thing when I might end up liking something else much more. I thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you enjoyed it!
