Dealership Satisfaction

Across the world there are several different car franchises and several types of car dealerships.  For starters, a dealership can distinguish itself as selling new cars, used cars, or both.  When  selling new cars, a dealership is representing a franchise as a whole and is expected to deliver nothing but a satisfied customer.  Dealerships are to follow strict codes of conduct from the owner all the way to the bottom of the pyramid of employees.  It is all about the customer satisfaction as the process of buying a car should not be considered a tedious thing to the consumer, rather it should be an experience that he or she would like to have again with your company.  After all, it is here that a customer will be getting their vehicle serviced and without full trust in a company, a customer in the car business may not stay your costumer for long.  Franchises stress the “buying experience” as a process by which when a customer walks in the door, he is fully attended to, respected, not coerced, and by the employee putting themselves in the shoes of the consumer.  There is a different car on the lot for every type of household and it is the duty of the dealership to discover just what that car may be, and to get the car that is in the price range of the customer.  Dealerships always must remember that when one customer walks out the door unsatisfied, your losing a lot more than “just one customer.”satisfaction for consumer
