When one thinks about just how many materials go into making a car it is simply astounding and hard to fathom the processes by which all these materials are collected and combined into one. With the amount of cars needed in the world, it is very hard for companies to keep pace with consumer purchasing do to limited supply of transportation for raw materials to build the car. Recently, there have even been franchises complaining saying that at the rate raw materials come in, in comparison to the demand of the consumers for the vehicles, it is very hard to receive materials at that rate.
Plastic, glass, rubber, aluminum, etc. are all examples of raw materials required for the making of the car. The manufacture then purchases these materials from several other companies and has them shipped to their factories/assembly plants around the world.
