March 2024 BuckeyeLearn Audits

BuckeyeLearn Support implemented semiannual auditing one year ago in March 2023. OU admins are required to participate in the Provider audits to ensure that users have a seamless, consistent experience in BuckeyeLearn. An internal audit is also conducted by the BuckeyeLearn Support team on the same schedule.

Audit highlights for March 2024:

Provider audit:

• 400 trainings have been updated
• 20 trainings that were no longer needed have been retired
• 30 instructor-led training rosters were submitted
• 15 BuckeyeLearn admin accounts that were no longer in use have been deactivated

OTDI BuckeyeLearn Support internal audit:

• 436 user accounts updated to correct data issue
• ZERO BuckeyeLearn Standards violations! Great job, BuckeyeLearn admins!
• 13 specialty BuckeyeLearn admin accounts that were no longer in use have been deactivated
• 257 Extended Enterprise user accounts deactivated for inactivity

Additional items may be updated during the audit “clean-up” process. The next semiannual audit will take place in September 2024.
