Upgrades for learners and administrators are coming May 1.

What’s changing for Learners on May 1st?

  • Updated Landing Page that includes:
    • A new “Assigned Training” button that will list 5 trainings that have been assigned to you. Training that was assigned with a due date will be listed first, in order of closest due date.
    • A new “Playlists” button that will let you browse Playlists created by experts across the enterprise on a variety of subjects
    • A “What’s New?” Informational box to keep you connected to BuckeyeLearn updates
    • An updated Footer
  • Deprecation of the “Browse for Training” functionality
  • A new Resource page for managers
  • An updated font and color schema through the system

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

What’s changing for administrators and instructors on March 25th?

BuckeyeLearn administrators will be upgraded to a new admin interface on the following pages:

  • Course Catalog Administration
  • Curricula Administration  
  • Deep Link Administration
  • ILT Roster Pages      
  • Instructor-Led Training Manage Events and Sessions
  • Materials Administration  
  • Test Engine Administration
  • Training Request Approvals   

These key learning administration UI pages will be modified to include:

  • Clarifying and simplifying actions by removing icons and adding straightforward text.
  • Improving table interactions by supporting scrolling, zooming, and freezing important actions when scrolling and zooming.

Administrators should note that functionality on these pages will not change.
