New BuckeyeLearn Administrator Reports

Audience: BuckeyeLearn administrators

OU admins and BuckeyeLearn Liaisons now have access to several new pre-built reports. These will allow admins to quickly pull many types of data from BuckeyeLearn, including:

• All training titles in a training vendor
• All training titles from all training vendors in BuckeyeLearn
• Dynamic and standard learning assignments
• Learners in a division
• Completion statuses of a learning object
• A learner’s transcript data

Admins should use the Run a Report That Has Been Shared With You job aid for instructions on how to run these reports.
