March 2023 BuckeyeLearn Audits

BuckeyeLearn Support recently implemented a new semiannual auditing process. OU admins are required to participate in the audits to ensure that end users experience a seamless, consistent experience in BuckeyeLearn. A new internal audit was also implemented on the same schedule.

Since implementing the semiannual audits:

  • 827 trainings were modified to be in compliance with the BuckeyeLearn Standards
  • 31 trainings that were no longer needed have been retired
  • 6 BuckeyeLearn admin accounts that were no longer in use have been deactivated
  • 178 instructor-led training rosters were submitted
  • 153 locations were deactivated
  • 2807 user records identified as having incorrect user data were corrected in BuckeyeLearn
  • 2 data issues were discovered and corrected

Audit results will continue to be reviewed this month. The next semiannual audit will take place in September 2023.
