President – Emma Dresher, Senior
“Hello! I am a fourth year Behavioral Neuroscience major on the Pre-Med track at The Ohio State University. I currently conduct research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in the Institute of Genomic Medicine studying post-traumatic epilepsy in pediatric mice models. Besides BRAIN, I am also involved in Empower Sports, Hometown Help, and am a volunteer at the Wexner Medical Center. Outside of academics, I love fitness, coffee, thrifting, and being outside!”

“Hello! I am a third year Behavioral Neuroscience major on the Pre-Med track at The Ohio State University. Outside of BRAIN, I currently do research in a neuroscience and energy balance lab at the Pelotonia Research Center, conduct research through the College of Public Health, and work as a nursing assistant. I am also involved in Blueprints for Pangea, Pre-Health Constellation, Indian Student Association, and am a volunteer at the James Cancer center and Buddy Up for Life. Aside from academics, I like to travel, bake, play pickleball, and hang out with friends.”

“Hello! I am a second year Molecular-Cellular Neuroscience major on the Pre-Med track at The Ohio State University. I currently conduct research at The Wexner Medical Center in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences studying inflammation in the retina and drug therapies that increase neuroprotection in mice and chick models. Besides BRAIN, I am also involved in Habitat for Humanity, the Neuroscience Ambassador Program, the Neuroscience Peer Mentoring Program, Remote Area Medical, and TOPS Peer Mentoring. Outside of academics, I love reading, hiking, traveling, and hanging out with my friends and family!”
NeuroNights Director – Lailah Rudolph, Senior
“Hello! My name is Lailah Rudolph I am a third year neuroscience pre-med major at The Ohio State University. Apart from BRAIN I have worked with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for the last 4 years in fundraising and mentoring. I am also a volunteer at my local hospital in the outpatient surgical center. Outside of school and extracurriculars, I enjoy football games and sunsets.”
BIA 5K Operations Director – Erin Ward, Senior
“Hello! I am a fourth year Behavioral Neuroscience major and Spanish minor on the Pre-Med track at The Ohio State University. I currently conduct research on concussion in youth football at the Sport and Tactical Athlete Injury Resiliency Science (STAIRS) Lab through Wexner Medical Center. Outside of BRAIN, I serve as a captain and risk manager for OSU Club Gymnastics, volunteer at the Wexner Medical Center, and am a Hands-Only CPR Intern through the Wexner Medical Center and the American Heart Association. I also work as a student assistant at the General Chemistry Prep Lab and as a patient care associate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Outside of academics, I enjoy fitness, reading, hiking, and OSU football!”

“Hello! I’m currently in my fourth year as a Behavioral Neuroscience major on the Pre-Dental track. Beyond BRAIN, I serve as a neuroscience ambassador with the I-CAN Branch at Ohio State, work as a student assistant at the Pre-Doc Endodontic Clinic at The Ohio State Dental School, and am actively involved with Remote Area Medical. I also volunteer regularly at the NNEMAP food pantry. Outside of academics/ extracurriculars, I’m passionate about health and wellness, traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and, of course, Ohio State football!”
