OSU Extension Miami County is offering a series of workshops this summer to boost your confidence and ability to grow vegetables in your own backyard. Each session will cover a gardening topic with cooking demonstrations and tastings with unique recipes. The workshops are FREE and open to the public.
Location: Hobart Center for County Government Bldg, 510 W Water St, Troy, Oh
May 4 – Starting your Gardening Empire
May 15 – Growing Greens
June 12 – Growing Peppers
July 10 – Growing and Utilizing Herbs
Participants at the May 4 and May 15 sessions will receive a ready to go vegetable container with seed and/or a plant.
No registration needed. All sessions are 6:30 p.m. 8:00 p.m.
