*completely skipped the fruits/vegetables*
Dan had trouble easily reaching items on the bottom shelves.
Dan had a grocery list on his phone that he kept checking. This led to doubling back for items missed the first time, and also could have distracted him to the point of running into another shopper.
Dan also found the freezers annoying in that the door would keep shutting on him if he didn’t hold it open while he reached for whatever he wanted.
Dan’s cart had a malfunctioning wheel that kept spinning in circles while he pushed the cart. This made it difficult to easily push in a straight line.
When loading the groceries into his car, Dan remarked that he didn’t have a lot of space in his trunk and had to work to make everything fit nicely.
