3rd Annual Ohio State Meat Judging Student Clinic

3rd Annual Meat Judging Student Clinic. This Student Clinic will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the Animal Sciences Building on the OSU Columbus Campus. This clinic is for High School Juniors and Seniors. Topics include beef, lamb and pork evaluation – carcass classes, wholesale classes, retail classes, retail ID, and note taking. The cost for the clinic is $60.00 per person with registration due January 10. A flyer with more information is below.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to go to Ohio State in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences?  Here’s your chance to find out.  Visit Ohio State and shadow a current student.  Eat lunch on campus and meet experts in your area of interest.

Visits start at 8:30 a.m. and end around 3:00 p.m.  They schedule personalized visits on most weekdays when classes are in session. Visits are free for students and guests, with the exception of parking.
