Park National Bank is offering an opportunity for junior fair sale participants to receive their fair check by direct deposit. The form to be filled out is attached below or you can contact Michelle Harrman by phone at 740-397-5551 or by email at michelle.harrmann@parknationalbank.com. Information that is required to complete this process:
- child’s name has to be listed on the account
- account routing number
- account number
- is it checking or savings account
- bank name
REMEMBER……the account can be with ANY bank. It does not have to be a Park National account.
