4th Annual Silent Auction during the Knox County Fair

The Knox County 4-H Planning Committee is conducting its fourth annual 4-H Silent Auction in 2018, to be held during the week of the Knox County Fair, July 22 – 28.

We need your help! The 4-H Planning Committee is asking clubs and local businesses to donate items for the silent auction. Each 4-H Club in Knox County is asked to donate at least one new or custom made item for the auction. Proceeds will go to the Knox County 4-H Program. These funds benefit our 4-H program with the costs of youth programming, leadership education, camping, trips, awards and recognition.  Some of the items suggested for donation include: BBQ grill, gift baskets, lawn furniture, tickets, gift cards and so on. Items should be dropped off at the OSU Extension office, 160 Columbus Road in Mount Vernon until Wednesday, July 18, or the Jr. Fair Office no later than July 21, 2018 if possible. The sooner we get items, the sooner we can advertise what will be auctioned. We are also hoping for support from local families and businesses, so we can continue to build this program in the future.
