Each year the State 4-H Office ask members and volunteers at the Ohio 4-H Conference to take a survey about 4-H project books. This year they collected over 100 responses! It asks mainly about preferences for print or digital project books, although questions about basic demographic information—such as county, role in 4‑H, and years in 4‑H—and a place for comments are included too. It is a quick and anonymous process; no personal identifying information is asked. This year they added a question about digital learning preferences: printable PDFs, e-books, online courses or mobile apps.
