A group of 4-H CARTEEN volunteers have been assisting with traffic safety activities since January, 2017. Monthly sessions are offered for teen traffic offenders on scheduled Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., at the OSU Extension Office located at 160 Columbus Road in Mount Vernon. Teen volunteers are being recruited to serve as CARTEENS. Contact Larry Hall for more information. The next CARTEEN session is Saturday, January 27.
