Dr. Lyda Garcia, with the Meat Sciences division of the Animal Sciences Department, will be opening the doors to their meat lab inviting all youth agricultural meat judging programs to practice on November 4. They will offer carcasses and wholesale cuts with doors opening at 7.30am till 1.00pm. Please let Dr. Garcia know (garcia.625@osu.edu; 614.292.2642) if you plan on joining them.
