- Esar’s Individual Concept Sketch [Click to view]
- With the motors on each side and the magnet centered at the back of the concept AEV, the model would be a potential selection to traverse the track, and the structure of the concept AEV gives support to the model during the time it is connected with the Caboose.
- Blake’s Individual Concept Sketch
- Similar to Esar’s design, I went with a design with the motors on either side of the AEV with the magnet centered at the back. Mine differs slightly in that it uses less material and has a more simplistic shape.
- Zachary’s Individual Concept Sketch
- The shape of the AEV is very simplistic, with a nearly rectangular base and air deflectors on either end. It presents the idea of motors underneath the AEV base.
- Avi’s Individual Concept Sketch
- This AEV design is somewhat organic compared to the others, and attempts to make use of a unibody aerodynamic shell designed to house both the Arduino and battery. Access ports for the Arduino would be added in later revisions of the design.
