Columbus has recently been awarded a large grant to help fund its transition into a smart city. The city has launched a pilot program to help improve transportation by providing sustainable and reliable transportation to areas such as Linden, a sector with very limited access to important services like hospitals and grocery stores.
Group F will be focused on creating an Advanced Energy Vehicle (AEV) that is able to meet the needs of the people, while having as low of a cost as possible to allow its implementation throughout the whole city.
