Event Notice – Williams SWCD Field Technology Day

Join the Williams County Soil and Water Conservation District for their 2019 Field Technology Day – ‘Identifying Critical Resource Concerns’ on Thursday, August 8 at the Williams SWCD meeting room (1120 West High Street, Bryan). Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm, and the program will begin at 5:30 pm. The event is free, but RSVP is required by August 2 to the Williams SWCD office at 419-636-9395 for dinner. The program will feature keynote speaker Greg LaBarge, Field Specialist, Agronomic Systems, OSU Extension. He will address how to ‘Identify Critical Resource Concerns and Best Management Practices’ in addtion to management strategies for Prevented Planting acres. Other speakers include Stephanie Karhoff, Williams County ANR Extension Educator, and Bert Brown, Williams SWCD District Technician. The event is sponsored by Williams SWCD and OSU Extension Williams County.
