PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
I developed this Training Analysis as part of an online networking workshop for clients of Ohio State’s Career Exploration Office, which had been supported financially by the Alumni Association. The analysis document was reviewed and approved by Alumni Association senior management before the online course was developed.
STUDENT RECRUITMENT TRAINING
This Hierarchical Analysis identifies target and enabling objectives for training about how to recruit students to Ohio State. The training was developed under the auspices of the Alumni Association in partnership with Undergraduate Admissions for alumni who volunteer at college recruiting fairs throughout the country.
