Teach Statistics Using Team-Based Learning

Read about one group of instructors who taught statistics in a graduate nursing course using team-based learning in a synchronous, online environment. This brief Technology Corner article in the May 2021 issue of Nurse Educator explains the team-based learning approach and describes in excellent detail the procedures used during and outside of class. Their story also is a good example of application of an evidence-based teaching strategy to a specific course. Contact the TIES Academy if you need more information about team-based learning and how to use it in your course.
