Jun Cheng
Jun Cheng is a visiting research scholar in the Department of Biomedical Informatics, advised by Dr. Huang. His primary research interests are to apply mathematical, statistical learning, and machine learning approaches on big and diverse data sets, such as genomic data and histological images, in order to solve biological and clinical challenges. Prior to visiting the department, he was a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering and received his B.E. in 2013 from Southern Medical University, China.
Yuebo Meng
Yuebo Meng, Ph.D, is a visiting Scholar coming from China. My research areas of interest include machine learning and image processing. I am currently researching biomedical image classification using deep learning under the guidance of Professor Kun Huang.
