Zhi Han
Dr. Han’s research interest include, algorithms and pipelines for modeling and spatial pattern analysis in brain development study, algorithms and software for mining and visualizing large and complex biomedical data and theory, algorithm and application for machine learning and pattern recognition. Dr. Han’s job duties include, developing and implementing pattern recognition methods in a variety of biometric and biomedical applications including resolving hardware and software issues, performing next generation sequencing data analysis and gene network analysis with statistical and pattern recognition methods, designing and developing algorithms and pipelines for modeling and spatial pattern analysis in brain development study.
