Trello

https://trello.com/home

Trello is a website that helps you manage your goals by allowing you to create different boards with activities that you want to complete for that day/week. An advantage is that it allows you to create different boards and you can label them “doing” “done” “to do”. This allows you to keep track of how much you have completed/how much you have left. A disadvantage to it is that it’s easier to manage on a desktop and than it is on a phone.

It’s also very user friendly and allows you to easily add new events or edit events as you need.

Shovel

Shovel is an app that allows you to plan your entire day by inserting in times of everything you will be doing that. Not only are you supposed to include your work but I also use it to include things like breaks/lunch/dinner/etc. This helps keep you accountable on how much time you’re spending on a specific thing so that you don’t spend too much time on it and can move onto the next thing. A disadvantage is that it can be glitchy on an ios device, making it harder on your phone. It also doesn’t always send you reminders so you have to pay attention to the times on your own.

Anki

https://apps.ankiweb.net/

Anki is a flashcard website that uses a special algorithm to help you study. It will give you exposure to the specific flashcard depending on how fast you answer and how comfortable you feel about it. This makes studying very easy and also makes online flashcards a more efficient and better method of studying than just an average flashcard. You can also embed pictures and videos onto the flashcards. A disadvantage is that it does require practice to feel comfortable with the software and it isn’t the most user friendly.
