Lenition of /b, d, g/ in Santiago, Chile

This project explores the pronunciation of the voiced stops /bdg/ in the spoken Spanish of Santiago, Chile. It  uses acoustic analysis to examine the relationships between the pronunciation of these sounds and social (age, gender, and register) and linguistic factors (preceding and following sound, stress, and word type).
