Affinity diagramming was a design research method used by the group to group together observations/notes/findings obtained from interviews and background research in order to define potential problem area’s. The work was done from the ground up, as observations/notes were grouped together based on affinity. Once these affinity groups were defined, they could be further defined based on relation. This continued all the way up until the main subject encapsulated everything.
