Process:
Pain points was a design thinking exercise used by the team to gather early stage, user-centric data. Each team member was tasked with writing down any thought/feeling/observation/interaction with the electric scooters. This exercise spanned one week (9/21 – 9/28), with the results being presented at the next team meeting. Each pain point was out into a defining category. These defining categories gave the team early insight into what categories might be the most useful. The results from the exercise are presented below:
