This is a great video to watch if you are about to go off to college. When you start playing the video it shows you all of the bad habits that some college students have like going to bed at 3am, waking up 10 minutes before class and eating an unhealthy breakfast. After about two minutes it then goes to show you the good habits to have like going to bed early, waking up 45 minutes before the scheduled class and eating a healthy breakfast.
I am a visual person so I like learning from videos. Sometimes I have bad habits like going to bed late (usually if I cannot fall asleep by 11pm), sometimes not eating healthy and skipping out on exercise. I do have just as many good habits, too. I like being social on campus with some friends, I always do my homework and assignments early and I wake up about an hour before my scheduled class.
