Many different activities can lead to a car accident and resulting injuries or death.
In this age group (16-20) some major causes are:
1. Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
2. Using a cellphone while driving
3. Being a newly licensed driver
4. Driving at night
5. Risky teenage behavior
6. Driving with teen passengers in the car
Our prevention program would like to focus on the negative affect that teen passengers have on their peer drivers.
