Describe how/whether the interventions meet the RE-AIM criteria:
- Reach: Can the intervention be delivered to a large target audience?
- Efficacy/effectiveness/ evidence based program: How strong is the evidence that the intervention can be effective in bringing about behavior change?
- Adoption: Who in the community would be able to adopt this intervention (i.e., develop or offer it)? How does the intervention serve the community’s needs?
- Implementation: What steps would need to be taken to assure that the intervention could be delivered in a high quality way?
- Maintenance: How feasible is it to maintain the intervention (continue doing it over the long run)? What role should a public health department play in making sure the intervention is adopted and maintained?
