About Me

My name is Jake Pottle and I am currently a freshman at The Ohio State University. I am from Madbury, New Hampshire and am a member of the Dunn Sport and Wellness Scholars, pursuing a degree in Health Sciences on a Pre-Physical Therapy track. I chose to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy because after sustaining a shoulder injury at the gym, I myself had to go to a physical therapist to rehabilitate the injury. I observed that it was a job I would enjoy and I believe I could be very good at. I am a competitive bodybuilder and have placed second at the NPC (National Physique Committee) New England Championship in the Teen B class as well as third in the Teen Lightweight class at the NPC Teen Nationals in Pittsburgh. I hope to some day become a professional bodybuilder in the International Federation of Body Building, as well as a practicing Physical Therapist.
