About

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Linguistics at The Ohio State University. My research combines experimental, computational, and formal methods to study how we process and interpret language. I’m particularly interested how we mentally assemble, access, and manipulate syntactic representations in working memory to guide moment-by-moment interpretation.

Research interests

  • Psycholinguistics of syntax and semantics
  • Sentence processing and working memory
  • Computational and experimental methods
