The annual Newark Campus Salute to Undergraduate Achievement is held every April to recognize students’ academic achievements over the past year at the Newark campus. This year, six outstanding English Majors received awards and were recognized for their contributions in both academics and leadership. Congratulations Matthew Hartshorn, Brenna Hubschmann, Kim Lemon, Shelby Royal, Kyle Smith, and John Wetzel!

Congratulations to Kim Lemon, graduating English major, for being selected for this year’s Robert A. Barnes Academic Excellence Award! This award is the highest honor given at Ohio State Newark, bestowed each year on a graduating senior who demonstrates extraordinary achievements in his or her academic work as well as in research and leadership.
