Webcast Discusses Physician Financial Health. In his theory of motivation, Abraham Maslow developed his hierarchy of needs, a pyramid with physiological needs and safety needs at the foundation and self-actualization at the top. Another way of looking at his hierarchy is in terms of health, with physical health at the foundation, followed by financial health, social health, and emotional health. For this webcast, we’re going to focus on the second tier, financial health. Although today’s program is geared toward physicians, and particularly younger physicians, most of it is going to be pertinent for anyone in a healthcare profession.
