Learn About Common Skin Complaints and Updates on CME Webcast

OSU Wexner Medical Center logo Learn About Common Skin Complaints and Updates on CME Webcast. Common skin conditions like acne or rosacea are often considered a nuisance rather than a serious medical condition. But the truth is these benign skin conditions can have a marked psychological impact on patients. Acne for example is linked with higher rates of anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. It can decrease a person’s participation in activities including sports, school and even the workforce. So, its important to take these concerns seriously and offer treatment early.

To discuss common benign skin conditions we may see in our practice and how to treat them, We have invited one of Ohio State University’s Dermatology experts. Dr Natalie Spaccarelli is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology. She is the director of pigmented lesions and high risk skin cancer clinic as well as general dermatology at the Columbus VA.
