My name is Keyi Lu, and I am from Hangzhou, China. My hobbies include playing video games, photographing, traveling, etc. Basketball is my favorite sport, and I used to play it a lot when I was in high school. However, I haven’t played for months during summer vacation. Since now I am on campus with incredible recreation facilities, it is time to pick it up. I like eating spicy food, but it cannot be too much for me to handle. I have been to many cities and some countries, but my hometown, Hangzhou, has always been my favorite place.

I went to schools in my hometown since kindergarten, and I think that is part of the reason why I like that city so much. However, as I said, I like traveling to other places because I like to experience different cultures. Apart from the US, I have been to Singapore, Japan, and Spain. Among these places, there is a city called Osaka I like most, it is a Japanese city. It is a modern city but not too crowded, like Tokyo. It combines the modern city with ancient elements very well and the people there are very hospitable. It was a pity that I spend only one day there.

The reason why I chose to study here is that this is a big university, and people here take diversity as their strength. I like meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and that is also part of the reason why I like to travel. I think different cultures can help you consider things from different perspectives, and that is important in college learning. Here, at OSU, I am a pre-major in CSE and I will try my best to get good grades to be a formal student in this major. However, there is another major I would like to try if it is available in the following years for me. It is “Moving image production”. I have always wanted to learn how to create great graphics, like those in games and movies. It would be brilliant if I can combine my programming knowledge in CSE with this major.
Hi yilu, I am interested in that you came from Hangzhou, I really hope that one day I have chance to your hometown to visit those beautiful scenery. I looked forward to have a look of west lake. Also I mentioned that you have been to many countries, so you must been exposed to different cultural background. By the way I really like your photographs, since the style are really cyberpunk. I noticed that you are in the major of CSE, and to be honest, I am bad at computing, so I really envy you.
Hello Keyi Lu. I know many things about you though reading this article. I have been to Hangzhou and it is really beautiful. Many famous sights such as Lingyi temple make this city unique . And I am also spend my time on hometown for many years and I never forget experience in that time. And in the new college , we should adapt different environment.
