Hello there. I’m a nuclear physicist and professor of in the Physics Department at The Ohio State University. Here is an older but still useful introduction to heavy ion physics for the general public.
In addition to research, I have written an undergraduate textbook, The Physics of Sports. I sometimes like to solve random puzzles.
