The Student Leadership Advocates (SLA) Spring 2018 Application is currently OPEN and we are seeking leaders such as yourself to join us in spreading positive leadership throughout the Ohio State community.

 
SLA is a Student Life cohort program focused on promoting a culture of socially responsible student leadership. Members receive their own leadership development training, and learn to facilitate leadership development workshops that are presented all throughout campus. Students from all majors are encouraged to apply – previous leadership experience not required. 
 
If you are interested in joining the cohort please attend a required information session and complete our application at sla.osu.edu. Applications close March 2nd at 11:59PM. 
 
Spring 2018 Information Sessions:
  • Sunday, February 25, 2018, from 7:00-8:00PM in the Interfaith Prayer and Reflection Room, Ohio Union
  • Monday, February 26, 2018, from 7:00-8:00PM in the Cartoon Room 2, Ohio Union
  • Tuesday, February 27, 2018, from 7:00-8:00PM in Lazenby Hall, Room 034

Office Assistants (OAs) are often the first faces an individual will come in contact with in our residence halls. Responsible for creating the extraordinary student experience at each of our 24/7 front desk, OAs are responsible for greeting residents, guests and visitors as they enter/exit the building; ensuring a high level quality of customer service; issuing mail and packages; assisting in resolving resident issues and creating a welcoming, inclusive front desk atmosphere.
