Relate to Me

Relate to Me is a 10-week program about relational and sexual health for adults (ages 18+) with autism or other disabilities. Topics addressed in the program includes, but are not limited to:

• Thoughts, Feelings, Behaviors
• Relationships
• Boundaries and Consent
• Unhelpful, Harmful, and Illegal Behaviors
• Looking for a Special Someone
• Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation
• Dating
• Intimacy, Sex, and Sexuality
• Sexual Decision-Making

The tenth session of Relate to Me is a Speed Social, which is a fun and low-pressure event that gives participants the opportunity to practice one-on-one interpersonal skills with warm and non-judgmental volunteers.

Please note: Relate to Me is not suggested if you have a history of sexual trauma and/or if you are in trauma therapy. This is because we talk about things that could be very upsetting, or triggering, if you have experienced sexual trauma.
