The to-do list that I have chosen to complete this semester is the downtown area list. It includes many well-known things that as someone from Cincinnati, I have never been to, such as Columbus Commons, Moonlight Market, and Dirty Frank’s Hot Dog Palace. The one I am looking forward to going to the places on the list. I am the most excited for the Columbus Museum of Art. I have heard many great things about the museum from people who live in the area. After looking into it, I learned that there is the “Creative Art of LEGO”, which seems very intriguing. I hope to fall more in love with the city Columbus and learn more about all this is has to offer. Although I have been living on campus for over two months, I have not traveled much around the city, despite the resources to do so. One experience that I have already that is on the list is going to COSI. I loved exploring the vast number of exhibits that I could learn from, even at my age. I liked the progress exhibit, due to all the little details that we put into making the area look as realistic as possible. I also liked the energy exhibit and looking at how much things we think as ordinary impact the world. My favorite exhibit was the oceans exhibit. Not only did it all look very cool, but there was a lot to learn about in the area. I learned about a variety of things such as how waves work and how small submarines are. I would definitely recommend COSI to anyone! Not only did I learn a lot about the earth, but also had a lot of fun with friends!
