Columbus To-Do List Part 2

After going to COSI, I was able to experience Columbus in other ways. I was able to go to the North Market with a friend and it was a great experience. It was very easy to get to and we were able to take the COTA without any issues. There were so many great options that I struggled to even make a decision on what tasty thing to get! I ended up getting Ramen from an authentic ramen shop. It was very delicious. I loved the variety of cultures that were showcased. They had food from all around the world and I feel that the mix of cultures shows the diversity in Columbus. Walking around the North Market was definitely the best experience I had from this project. The only confusing thing about the experience is why the place closes early in the evening, meaning we had to rush. Another experience I went through as a part of this project is getting Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream and it was very good! I had never tried such unique flavors! I got two half scoops and I was pleased with my decision to try new interesting flavors! Although it was cold outside, the ice cream was a great decision and the best ice cream I have had in Columbus! I did not take a picture of what I got, since at the time I did not realize that it was on a to-do list, but it was in the North Market which I was able to get a picture of. Another very fun experience that I had in Columbus was going Easton Mall. I believe that this location should be on the Columbus To-Do lists. It was easily the best mall I have ever been to! It was very clean and had a big variety of shops to choose from. While I was there, I was able to admire the pretty lights up, even though it was only mid-October. While we were there, we tried Graeters Ice Cream. I got Buckeye-Blitz, due to my love of buckeyes as an OSU student. It was very good and creamy! The flavors seemed less unique in comparison to Jeni’s but Graeters was very filling and delicious.

I highly recommend going to Easton and the North Market. Both places were very different than any place I have been before. Easton is a great place to go with friends! Due to how developed Columbus has become, the mall was huge and had a lot to offer! In addition, the North Market is a great snapshot of the diversity in the Columbus area!
