The Metabolomics & Lipidomics Core Laboratory develops and utilizes HPLC-DAD and UHPLC-DAD-MS/MS capabilities to quantify metabolite and lipid biomarkers using “targeted” methods, and UHPLC-HRMS methods for metabolomics and lipidomics “untargeted” analyses. We provide fee-for-service analyses for a number of essential micronutrients, various phytochemicals, various classes of lipids, specialized proresolving mediators, prostacyclins and prostaglandins, tryptophan and kynurenine metabolism, as well as general lipidomics and metabolomics profiling. We also offer in vitro bioaccessibility assessment of lipid- and mineral-based measurements. Caco-2 analyses of intestinal uptake can be contracted.
