The INFORMS annual conference will be held on November 7th – 13th, 2020 and INFORMS-OSU is holding an event this Friday, Oct 30th from 1 to 2 pm EST where the OSU students attending the conference will present their research to the ISE department. This is an opportunity for ISE students, both undergraduate and graduate, to learn about different research topics done in the field. Some of the titles are:
- Energy Storage Scheduling In Day-ahead And Real-time Wholesale Electricity Markets Using Stochastic Optimization
- Accelerating Benders Decomposition for Two-Stage Distributionally Robust Optimization with Total Variation Distance
- Analyzing COVID-19 misinformation in social media
