Non-IA Event – Russian Club Cooking Event

Join the Russian Club and professor Angela Brintlinger this Saturday (3-4:30pm) for some great food and fun. We will be cooking up classics such as Borscht, Blini, and Salat Olivier. As you might imagine, these Russian dishes are perfect for this cold Ohio weather!

All are welcome regardless of current cooking ability – this is meant to be an opportunity to learn more about Russian culture through cuisine.

Our event is 3-4:30pm *this* Saturday February 21, in the Jones Tower kitchen. This residence hall is located on North Campus near North Commons, 123 W. Lane Ave.

In regards to dietary concerns – our blini will be vegetarian, otherwise we will cook using beef. Message Megan Kupka(.10), or email russianclubosu@gmail.com for exact recipes.
