About Me

10646848_10202678412418444_5846628210073070023_nI am a current freshman from Long Island, New York. I am an Arts Scholar, taking particular interest in dance and music. My current major is marketing with a minor in dance. In high school, I was very involved in both in and out of school extra curricular activities such as competitive dance, community service, various clubs, and three honor societies. My career goals are to work in the business field and to make it to the top. I am a very driven and motivated student, so I know my goals will eventually become my reality.

Photo Partner Project

nicole conte

My photo project partner is Nicole Conte, and this picture does no justice to her personality because it is impossible to capture it in a single photograph. This photo shows her personality at the surface, but once you get to know her, you can see there is so much more to her. She is a dedicated musician who has been playing the flute since third grade, has known that she wants to conduct professional orchestras since the seventh grade, and who is working towards earning both her masters and doctorate in conducting. In addition to playing the flute, she plays six other instruments including the piccolo, piano, tenor saxophone, vocals and percussion. Furthermore, she is also a die hard coffee lover, similar to myself. However, what is impossible to capture in a single photograph is the extent to which she pours her heart and soul into music. From getting to know her, it is admiring to see the passion in her eyes when it comes to music. Its also impossible to see how bubbly and fun-loving she is. She looks at the world with an open mind and a willingness to learn. The smile on her face doesn’t do justice to the beauty within her. From getting to know her, I have also learned that as a person, she is very accepting towards others. She doesn’t judge others based on their differences, and embraces them as they are. She is a well rounded individual who will go places based on her drive for success.
