OHR has deployed Hippo for project and portfolio management in preparation for a campus-wide solution. Historically, OHR used various spreadsheets to track projects, risks, issues and resource allocation. Using a database will allow users to quickly update projects and facilitate quality reporting. OHR full-time and part-time project managers meet bi-weekly to discuss the methodology, identify areas for improvement, collaborate and facilitate quality updates. While a lot of work has been accomplished, we still have a way to go in our project management maturity model.
