Our team’s focus is to create an easier environment for amputee users with limited to no use of one arm.  The area of interest we are focused on is the kitchen environment involved with cooking preparation.  We plan on immersing ourselves into research involving completing tasks as an amputee user, which will help contribute to providing the best product we see fit.  So far, we have come to the conclusion of making a product that serves multiple tasks in several areas of the kitchen in order to provide a tool more useful than the average kitchen equipment.
