Abstract:
The need for Extension to serve clientele with disabilities has long been present, and is required under ADA law. The Winning 4-H Plan serves as a system create an accommodation plan for a youth with disabilities in the 4-H program. The plan follows the youth through their club and project activities and creates a systematic way to notify judges during project evaluation experiences. This poster session will provide 4-H professionals with access to the tools and paperwork used to implement this system. The tools include instructions for 4-H Professionals, parent communications, the request form, and the project exhibition form.
