WPTP was located on the Plateau near the top of Wheeler Peak. Although the sensor was installed in 2007, harsh conditions on the Plateau have limited data collection. After many years of attempting to collect data at this site, the sensor was retired in the summer of 2017. Because only one year of data for this site exists, seasonal averages cannot be concluded.
