On these pages, you can find the images of the channel after each flow in each trial. A small region of the channel was isolated in the picture and analyzed using ImageJ, a cell counting program. On each of the following pages, the channel pictures are included in order, starting with the low pressure flush and each subsequent shearing trial. Then the analyzed image from ImageJ is also included.
